Jashico has invested significant resources over the years in research and development
of the Top-Turn lathes to produce state-of-the-art machines. A key expertise of
Jashico is their knowledge of gear transmission systems. Before founding Jashico,
President George Wang was a mechanical engineer for a machinery company specializing
in gear transmissions.
Jashico uses this expertise to design gearing systems that ensure the stability of
their large-sized CNCs. Additionally, Jashico uses only high grade materials such as
GB300 cast iron for the machine bed and cast components. This combined with their
commitment to using high end components that are well-recognized in the machine tool
industry (such as Timkin bearings and Fanuc controls) guarantee high performance results.
